A Cardiff woman, 17, has been charged after allegedly riding a stolen motorcycle.

Lake Macquarie acting inspector Shane Briscoe said police found the woman riding recklessly around Windale at 10pm on Saturday.
She came off the bike near Bahloo Reserve and attempted to flee on foot, but was allegedly caught with a small amount of cannabis.
The bike was stolen from Mayfield East on July 22.
She was wanted on an outstanding warrant for assault occasioning actual bodily harm in company, affray, reckless wounding in company, contravening a place restriction and two counts of larceny.
She was charged with driving a vehicle taken without consent, being an unlicensed rider, not wearing a helmet and not keeping left of a dividing line.
She appeared in Parramatta Children's Court on Sunday.
In a separate incident, Inspector Brisco said police spotted a man, 30, allegedly riding a motorcycle without number plates at 12.30am on Sunday at Gateshead.
Police tried to stop the man but he drove away and crashed into a railing on Goundry Street.
He attempted to flee but was apprehended and subjected to a roadside breath test. He returned a reading of 0.157.
He was charged with high range PCA, being an unlicensed driver and driving an unregistered and uninsured vehicle.
He will appear at Belmont Local Court on August 19.
