Robinson Property's Mike Flook reported 75 inspections throughout the campaign of 92 Queens Road, which went to auction with a guide of $1.4 million to $1.5 million and had five registered bidders. The three-bedroom home with a pool was set on 811 square metres of land with city views.
Mr Flook also said luxury apartment development Astoria, to be built at 101-302/36-38 Kenrick Street in The Junction, had been well-received with deposits taken on four of the eight apartments.
A North Lambton house with four bedrooms and sweeping district views at 4 Noble Street was bought for a street record $930,000 before its first open house. It was marketed by Dalton Partners New Lambton for $925,000 and is one of the highest prices paid for a home in the suburb, according to Australian Property Monitors.
