When it's time to get help with living, we live better together.

In a rare opportunity, Fronditha Care's residential aged care facility in Mayfield has a limited number of well-appointed, private, ensuite rooms available.

The facility is unique in Mayfield, catering to a maximum of 66 people, fostering a homely environment where residents can easily mingle and create new friends.

It celebrates Australia's cultural diversity but keeps residents connected to their community.

Each week the residents can visit their favourite Newcastle spots through regular weekly bus trips.

The local Greek community is also an integral part of the facility's day-to-day activities.

The community's activity hall is on the same site as the care home and welcomes the residents to participate in their bingo lunches and other events.

The facility also has multilingual staff and offers a unique activity program that celebrates the multicultural origins of its residents.

Most recently, the staff invented 'armchair travel', where the residents received priority boarding and handmade passports to 'visit' Spain. The staff even tried their hand at flamenco dancing.

Enriching activities are available daily, and those who might not want to participate in a group also get one-on-one attention.

Fronditha Care wants to ensure Novocastrians continue to pursue enriching and fulfilling lives surrounded by respect, joy and an exceptional standard of care.

The Mayfield facility has been offering high quality living since its opening in 2011.

It continues Fronditha Care's belief in the 'Bounty of Care', which includes care for elders, respect and value for employees and the joy and connection it celebrates with its communities.

Fronditha Care's HIPPOCRATES residential aged care is offering tours for interested families.

Take the opportunity to explore the facility's amenities.
