Eraring. $6 million for 7 Foreshore Street.
Bar Beach. An undisclosed sale believed to be over $5.525 million for a five-bedroom, three-bathroom home with ocean views at 96 Memorial Drive.
Port Stephens. $4.775 million off-market sale of a waterfront residence at at 191 Soldiers Point Road in Salamander Bay.
Belmont. $4.25 million for a waterfront mansion at 148 Ross Street.
New Lambton. The $3.86 million off-market sale of a five-bedroom residence on three-quarters of an acre at 5 Ridge Lane.
Lambton. Over $3 million is believed to have been paid for a six-bedroom house on a battleaxe block 4488 square metres in size at 1A Karoola Road.
Warners Bay. An undisclosed sum was paid for a waterfront home at 526 The Esplanade, which is believed to have been marketed with a guide of $3 million. It had five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a gymnasium, a solar and gas-heated swimming pool.
Speers Point. $2.75 million sale of 9 Berkeley Street.
Murrays Beach. $1.63 million for a five-bedroom, five-bathroom home on 1284 square metres of waterfront reserve land at 21 Nine Acres Way.
Cardiff Heights. $1.63 million for a five-bedroom residence with a resort-like swimming pool on around 1.85 acres of land at 24 Cockburns Lane.
Adamstown. $1.61 million for 71 Lockyer Street.
Islington. $1.41 million for a warehouse conversion at 14 Power Street.
Elermore Vale. Well over $2 million is believed to have been paid for a five-bedroom residence on 2.14 hectares at 22 Paddock Close.
Tighes Hill. $1.5 million for 5 Sparke Street on Throsby Creek.
Other big sales include $5.45 million for penthouse in The York.
