The King Street building's release follows stage one sales campaigns, which have focused on apartments within the Sky Tower and Hunter Street buildings.
GWH sales manager Sam Kolatchew said, to cater for a change in living and working environments in recent months, a focus had been put on flexible living areas with dedicated office or study space for stage two.
"We're in the midst of a global pandemic and Newcastle is experiencing record low vacancy rates," Mr Kolatchew said.
"This is reflective of people being able to relocate to regional capitals now their working environments have changed.
"By including these flexible living areas in stage two, GWH are providing residents the opportunity to set up a dedicated working area that's not the kitchen bench or a bedroom.
"Being a new build there is also fibre to the premises which will reach expected speeds of up to 1Gps and free Wi-Fi in all the common areas including the pool deck and the rooftop areas."
He reported stage one, which is under construction, was 65 per cent sold. Construction on stage two is expected to start at the end of this year.
Stage two comprises 73 apartments. One-bedroom apartments with a study start from $430,000, two-bedrooms from $590,000 and there are four available three-bedroom apartments, which start at $1.055 million.
