Belle Property Lake Macquarie's Sam Taylor marketed the spacious two-storey house with a pool on a block 1329 square metres in size at 100 Northlakes Drive. He reported strong local interest and multiple offers.

PRD's Jeremy Allwood, Peter Neskovski and Chasse Ede are believed to have broken the $2 million mark for Redhead with the off-market sale of a four-bedroom, four-bathroom residence at 7 Ocean Street.
The price was undisclosed but is believed to have been a substantial amount higher than the previous record of $1.93 million.
PRD's Jesse Wilton has sold a sub-penthouse at 40/7 King Street in The Royal's McCaffrey Wing for $3.03 million.
There were 60 groups through a two-bedroom cottage at 171 Tudor Street in Hamilton before Mathew Iuliano, of First National Newcastle City, sold it for $702,000 prior to auction.
Robinson Property's Mike Flook said a one-bedroom unit he sold at 5/39 Tooke Street for $350,000 offered "a good entry point into the Cooks Hill-Bar Beach area".
