Rick Gittins, of Gittins Property, has reported only three terraces remain in a boutique complex to be built in Lambton.
He is marketing the Tathra Terraces at 21 Tathra Road, a development which will comprise seven terraces to be constructed on two corner lots.
Construction is set to commence in November with completion scheduled for next August, allowing eligible buyers to apply for the $25,000 HomeBuilder grants and First Home Buyer grants.
The development will consist of five three-bedroom and two two-bedroom homes, all with direct street frontage and spacious secured landscaped yards. Four have been sold.
A low-maintenance lifestyle was at the heart of the development, which was designed by Torren Bell Building Design.
Each home offers a large gourmet kitchen, open planned living and a private, secured outdoor living area.
The three-bedroom terraces start at $650,000 and there is a two-bedroom terrace at $568,500.
Total strata areas range from 203 square metres to 277 square metres.
Other terrace features include Bosch stainless steel kitchen appliances, timber flooring, two bathrooms, air-conditioning and NBN connection.
Tathra Terraces is located within walking distance of Lambton Park and swimming centre, Lambton village and cafes. It is also close to the University of Newcastle and public transport.
