Police were called to Hunter Street at Muswellbrook about 6.20pm on Monday when an alarm was activated inside the premises.
Hunter Valley Police District officers arrived to find two vehicles parked outside and boxes of wine nearby.
As they checked the property from the outside, officers saw torches and heard voices within the property.
They entered, finding a 27-year-old man in the barrel room.
He was arrested and taken outside, where officers arrested another three people.
They include a 23-year-old woman and two men, 23 and 33.
All four people were taken to Muswellbrook police station before inquiries led police to arrest a 22-year-old man at a fast food restaurant just before 9.30pm.
Officers charged all four with aggravated break, enter and steal, enter inclosed lands, and malicious damage.
They will face Muswellbrook Local Court on October 26.
