Wallsend MP Sonia Hornery said she had moved a Notice of Motion in Parliament in July to continue free parking for all hospital workers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The NSW Parliament debated the motion on Thursday, and unanimously passed it.
"This is a great win for our hospital workers," Ms Hornery said. "Our hospital workers have been on the frontline of our battle with COVID-19 and we need to do whatever we can to support them. Passing this Motion shows our appreciation for all indispensable frontline workers in NSW hospitals by continuing the free parking."
Ms Hornery thanked Parliament for "backing" her on the issue.
"This is a stressful time for our hospital staff, who are doing vital work to keep the community safe, and this simple gesture goes a long way to show staff they are supported during this health crisis," she said.
