PRD Newcastle and Lake Macquarie's Mark Kentwell, Chasse Ede and Natalie Tonks are marketing 3 The Boltons on The Hill with a guide of $1.8 million.
The four-bedroom residence is part of a row of four heritage-listed terraces known as The Boltons. They were designed by Frederick Menkens and built in 1904.
A renovation by its current owners has remained sympathetic to its era. They have added an in-ground pool and have loved the location - in the heart of the city yet secluded.

Popularity rising
Belle Property Lake Macquarie's Sam Taylor has reported being "inundated with enquiry" on three new Cameron Park listings expected to have guides above $800,000.
Mr Taylor said Cameron Park's stocks had increased since his $1.141 million sale of a home in Northlakes Drive in September which was a suburb record result for a non-acreage property.
"Where people used to hold back above the $800,000 mark in Cameron Park, now they're quite comfortable with it and we're seeing an increased level of interest," he said.
"That particular sale has not only opened sellers' eyes but also buyers' eyes to what Cameron Park is actually worth."
The new listings are 87 Araminta Chase, 15 Gaites Drive and 2 Brierley Road. According to Australian Property Monitors data, the median house sale price in Cameron Park has risen from $610,000 last year to $640,000 so far this year.
