Authorities were called after the two women, both 22, were working at the Cooranbong business when the man allegedly sexually touched them.
Police said the man was known to them.
Lake Macquarie police began investigating on Monday after the incident was formally reported.
Inquiries led them to arrest a 62-year-old man at Cooranbong 9am on Thursday.
He was taken to Toronto Police Station and charged with five counts of sexually touch another person without consent.
He received strict conditional bail to face Toronto Local Court on December 15.
