Kate Rundle, of Walkom Real Estate, has listed the stunning, custom-built residence on one hectare of land at 38 Burwood Road with a guide of $4.75 million to $5.2 million.
According to Australian Property Monitors data, the top mark for Whitebridge is $3.85 million, established with the sale of another luxurious property on Burwood Road 12 months ago.
Ms Rundle reported six inspections in the first week on the market with strong local interest as well as enquiry coming from Sydney and interstate.
"It's a really special property," Ms Walkom said. "It's a bespoke property on two-and-a-half acres and it's just stunning. There's nothing around like it. It's private and it's quiet. It's setback and it's just beautiful. It's a one-off."
The three-year-old residence has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a study, upstairs master suite sanctuary and all-weather entertaining area. Gallery windows and large panels of sliding glass offer a backdrop of native gums throughout. It was designed by Anthrosite Architects and master built by Evan Graham.
