TWO men have pleaded guilty over the theft of more than $100,000 worth of copper wire at Tomago.

Port Stephens-Hunter police began investigating on Monday after the wire was reported missing from an industrial site.
Investigators were called to a storage shed on Tomago Road about 6pm on Wednesday after security reported unauthorised people on the premises.
Police arrested 32-year-old Jake Anthony Wright and 41-year-old Cameron John Forbes.
Wright was charged with the break and enter of a house or dwelling with intent to steal - he pleaded guilty to the charge at Raymond Terrace Local Court on Thursday.
Forbes was charged with the break and enter of a dwelling-house with intent (steal) and break and enter house and steal items with a value equal to or greater than $60,000 - he pleaded guilty to both charges in the same court.
Wright will be sentenced on January 18, after Forbes is sentenced on December 2.
