The regular-footer took control of the decider at the Australian Open of Surfing series event with scores of 7.67 and 6.33 from her first two rides in the tricky two-to-three foot conditions.
The experienced qualifying series competitor's early 14-point best two-wave total proved enough to take out the $1500-to-the-winner final ahead of Coolum Beach's Ellia Smith (11.44), Wolli's Carly Shanahan (9.17) and Mullaway's Bonnie Hills (6.37).
"After getting third-place finishes in the Cronulla Open and the Mattara event, it definitely feels good to get the win," Anderson told Surfing NSW.
"My coach and I had developed a game plan to get in two decent turns on a wave as I knew it was going to be a hard feat with the lower tide.
"Those younger girls definitely keep you on your toes, so I definitely wanted to get the win ahead of them."
Lennox Head's Mikey McDonagh claimed the men's title in a final featuring Merewether's Jackson Baker.
McDonagh posted scores of 8.33 and 7.83 to set up the winning total of 16.16 and edge out Angourie's Chris Zaffis (15.63). Kobi Clements (12.87) was third and Baker (10.43) last in the decider.
It was a weekend double for McDonagh, who helped Le-Ba win their Australian Boardriders Battle qualifier.
"I was pretty cooked yesterday from a giant day on Saturday at the Boardriders Battle, but I came here this morning pretty fired up to compete," McDonagh said.
