The all-rounder, who represented NSW Country last season and played in the T20 Regional Bash finals at the SCG last week, has been banned for one match.
He avoided a trip to the judiciary this week by taking an early guilty plea after being reported for disputing a decision while batting in the first grade competition.
Wivell won't line up for the unbeaten leaders against Merewether at Towonson Oval on February 20 and 27 but is free to return for the last round.
* HAVING been sidelined since Christmas, outside a midweek T20 appearance, Hamilton-Wickham captain Matt Webber is set to return for round 12 as the race towards the NDCA finals continue.
Webber has been out with a calf injury and missed the last three two-day matches, but looks likely to be welcomed back by the Pumas against hosts Wallsend this Saturday and next.
It shapes as a crucial clash for both clubs with Hamwicks (41 points) third on the ladder, just two ahead of the fifth-placed Tigers (39).
They finish with Toronto at home on March 6 and 13.
* GRANT Stewart's cameo for Uni has come to an end, flying back to the UK on Thursday ahead of pre-season training with Kent.
* MARK Waugh will be the guest speaker for NDCA's grand final luncheon at Club Charlestown on March 26. Gavin Robertson is the main man for Merewether's 'old boys' event at the Mary Ellen this Friday.
