Veteran Branxton trainer John Miles believes boom sprinter Laurie's Flyer can overcome injury to take his winning streak to 11 on Friday at The Gardens.

Miles has been working on a muscle injury with Laurie's Flyer since his latest win, at Gosford on February 9 over 388 metres.
He returns in race five, a non-graded 400m event, from box three at The Gardens.
"He's had the 10 days and he hasn't had any running or hand-slipping up the track or anything," Miles said.
"But he'll be good. It really shouldn't worry him.
"A win would mean he and his sister, Blue Bronte, have won their last 20 in a row combined, so that's amazing."
He said Blue Bronte would likely not race for six weeks after an injury in her most recent win, at The Gardens on February 5.
Miles also has Lately racing at The Gardens on Friday, in the 272m FFA to finish the program.
Lately has not raced since fifth at The Gardens on October 9 last year but he has an ideal draw in box eight and a sizzling best time of 15.23 seconds for the trip.
The winner of 13 races in 25 starts has been successful in all five runs from box eight.
Miles said Lately has battled to return from a dislocated toe but "he seems to be all right now".
"He's been out for four months but he goes up our track here, which is up hill, so it can certainly make him fit enough for the short one at The Gardens," he said.
