Anderson fell just short of the Maroubra Pro final on Sunday, going down to eventual winner India Robinson by 3.4 points in the semis.
She held the lead in the early stages but Robinson edged ahead and then recorded a seven-point ride while Anderson had priority with 15 minutes left. The score ended up 12.75 to 9.35.
This follows Anderson's runner-up finish at the Port Stephens Pro last week and semi-final showing at the Great Lakes Pro earlier this month.
Her performances at the World Surf League 1000-point qualifying series events will give the 29-year-old confidence ahead of the 3000-point Central Coast Pro, which begins at Avoca Beach on Tuesday, and a wildcard entry into the new championship tour stop at Newcastle from April 1.
In the men's competition, taken out by Dylan Moffat, Merewether's Jackson Baker was eliminated from the Maroubra Pro in the round of 16.
