Robinson Property's Mike Flook sold a three-bedroom home at 52 Morgan Street, Merewether that had a guide of $1.4 million for $1.475 million. On Saturday, he has a three-bedroom house at 58 Merewether Street in Merewether going under the hammer at 4.30pm with a guide of $1.5 million.

Movable have two auctions on Saturday. Competitive bidding is expected for 28 Grove Street, Waratah (10am). It has a guide of $600,000. At 11am, 9 March Street, Kotara goes to auction with a guide of $695,000.

Belle Property have nine auctions this weekend. Over 120 groups have inspected 16 Finlay Close, Whitebridge which goes to auction at 12.30pm on Saturday with a guide of $1.35 million guide.

On Saturday, Belle also have 40A Rowan Crescent, Merewether (10.30am) with a guide of $1.8 million, 5 Smith St, Hamilton South (11.30am) with a guide $1.6 million and 31 Tiral Street, Charlestown (2pm) with a guide of $650,000.
