Movable's Jason Maxwell is marketing the brand new, two-bedroom apartment on the ninth floor of East End's Fabric House at 902/18 Wolfe Street in Newcastle. It offers expansive views east from Nobbys Lighthouse to Christ Church Cathedral, which is framed perfectly through a panoramic window from the open plan living space.
"It is an absolutely beautiful apartment and, while it's positioned on the southeastern corner, predominantly most of its views are east," Mr Maxwell said. "It has a large balcony off the master bedroom, which looks at Nobbys."
The second bedroom also captures views of the cathedral. It is open Saturday at 9.30am. A price guide has not yet been set.
