Police made a public appeal on Wednesday evening for help to find the 26-year-old woman and her children, aged four and one.
They were found on Thursday morning at a Metford adress, police said, thanking the community and media for their help.
Police had earlier said they had concerns for the trio's welfare as the children "had been receiving treatment following a house fire and may still be in need of medical attention".
