Azzurri led 1-0 at the break after Isabella Ramzen-Levy scored from close range in the fifth minute.
But Chelsea Lucas (49th minute) and Ash Brodigan (68th) made the most of defensive errors to put the visitors in front before Lucy Jerram scored in the 77th.
Nadja Squires sealed the three points from the penalty spot in the 87th after Brodigan was fouled in the box.
"I said if you don't improve, I'm going to get new players to come in," Curley said post-match.
"In the first half we kept turning the ball over ... but in the second half, that's the best we've played.
"The goals were good but they just played heaps better. They kept their shape and did what I asked them to and it looked good."
The win moved Magic to nine points to keep them the unbeaten league leaders.
All the goals came in the second half as Maitland took their first points of the season with a 6-2 win over Adamstown at Cooks Square Park on Saturday.
Olympic improved to six points and second place when they downed New Lambton 3-0 at Alder Park on Friday night. Maddy Searl has taken charge of the Eagles after Greg Lowe stood down from the first-grade coaching role due to personal reasons.
The Mid Coast-Warners Bay match set to be played in Taree on Sunday was postponed due to a wet pitch.
