COACH Michael Bridges is far from happy with Edgeworth's sluggish start to the season but the former Premier League striker is not about to press the panic button.

The Eagles went down 1-0 to Newcastle Olympic at home on Saturday night. It was the defending premiers third loss of the campaign and leaves them in seventh spot on three points after four rounds.
"We are all accountable because our record is one-and-three," Bridges said. "That is not what we had envisaged, but it's not like we haven't been in the games.
"If we were beaten 1-0 at the weekend and we hadn't created any chances, I would be scratching my head and thinking 'where do we go from here'."
Edgeworth striker Jeremy Brockie had a penalty saved by Olympic keeper and man-of-the-match Daniel Eisenhauer and the visitors created numerous other chances against a home side which hung on with 10 men for the final 16 minutes.
"There are plenty of positives to take out of that game," Bridges said. "I chopped the game up from BarTV [footage] and sent the boys all the attack and chances we had. We just have to be more clinical and better in the final third.
"If we got one goal we would have gone on to win with the momentum we had. I went up to the goalkeeper and said 'fair play to you, everything we put at you, you have saved'. I have never seen a performance like it. He had a blinder. We have to learn from that result and not get frustrated."
The Eagles four goals from four outings is down on their yield of nearly three a game last season.
Kristian Brymora, who was the equal leading goal-scoer alongside Braedyn Crowley in a COVID-19 shortened 2020 competition with 13, is still at least four weeks away from returning from injury.
"He trialed with Roar and then had a few injury issues," Bridges said. "It was an overuse thing. He went from a season to a trial to a season to a trial and hasn't had a rest period. We don't want to rush him and risk injury."
