Joshua O'Doherty, of LJ Hooker Belmont, marketed the four-bedroom, four-bathroom home on an 1166 square metre block at 91 Marks Point.
The new suburb high eclipsed the $3.2 million suburb record set when Mr O'Doherty sold a strata titled home at 1/100 Marks Point Road in January.
