Emma Bradford, Karen Nabularua, Candice Clay, Kate Holland, Trudi Peterson and Katie Sampford have been named in the newly introduced squad which joins the national competition this year.
Round one gets underway on Saturday, however, the President's XV won't kick-off until next week when all six teams assemble at Coffs Harbour for a 10-day tournament.
President's XV coach Inge Visser told Rugby Australia he was "thrilled" to announce the group.
"A lot of hard work from both team staff and administrators has gone in to get the players together and ready for our June 24 start date," Visser said.
"The team will play a crucial part in the development of players from across the country giving more females the chance to play rugby at the top level in Australia.
"I think this team will surprise a lot of people in this competition, having 14 pathway players that make up this squad these players certainly have a lot to prove."
The Wildfires also have Ashleigh Walker, Kaitlan Leaney (NSW Waratahs), Janita Kareta, Ashley Marsters, Maryann Tuisalega (Melbourne Rebels) and Susannah Cooke (ACT Brumbies) in Super W outfits.
NSW trio Katrina Barker, Maya Stewart and Nicole Nathan have links to the Newcastle region.
