Shakira Rae McDonald will be sentenced on June 30 after she pleaded guilty in Cessnock Local Court on Monday to a count of entering a prescribed premises of any person without a lawful excuse.
McDonald was also wanted on outstanding arrest warrants for charges of possessing or attempting to possess a prescribed restricted substance, driving while disqualified for a second time and two counts of failing to appear in accordance with bail conditions.
The Cessnock woman remains in custody.
The 21-year-old was arrested in the early hours of Monday along with a man after an alleged police pursuit that began on Old Maitland Road at Cessnock and ended when the Subaru containing the pair crashed at Ironbark Lane, Nulkaba.
Police allege McDonald and the man fled into bushland, but officers - including the dog squad - quickly tracked them down in heavy bushland about 2km from the scene of the crash.
Officers allegedly found and seized a balaclava and two mobile phones for forensic examination during a search of the vehicle.
The man, who is also from Cessnock, has been charged with the same trespassing count as McDonald.
The 38-year-old was granted conditional bail and will face Cessnock Local Court on July 21.
Police said on Monday their investigation into the incident is ongoing.
