Twenty-six employers from a variety of sectors, including aged care, disability services and early childhood education and care, will be at the targeted jobs fair at the Newcastle Exhibition and Conference Centre.
"Employers in these sectors are looking to hire straight away, and additional vacancies are anticipated in this important industry of high growth," Senator Hollie Hughes said.
The event has been split into three sessions - from 10:15am-12pm; 12:30-2:15pm; and from 2:30-4.15pm.
