Belle Property Lake Macquarie's Anthony Di Nardo is marketing the multi-level home at 1 The Shores Way with a guide of $2.9 million. It is set for auction on July 31 and open Saturday at 1.30pm.
Mr Di Nardo said the property's elevated position would prove a drawcard with water views captured from most rooms in the house, which is wrapped in large windows and has been designed on a grand scale.

A guide is yet to be set but the Newcastle Herald believes expectations are around $1.4 million for a four-bedroom residence at 8 Ardlessa Way, New Lambton Heights that backs onto reserve and is being marketed by Belle Property Newcastle.
Altitude Real Estate Toronto have a three-bedroom house on 1375 square metres of land at 210 Coal Point Road, Coal Point listed with a guide of $1.125 million.
A three-bedroom brick house that adjoins reserve at 15 Wellham Close in Warners Bay is being marketed through McKiernan Real Estate for $1.05 million to $1.15 million.
Listings $500,000 to $1m
First National Newcastle City have reported strong early enquiry for a three-bedroom house at 5 Hunter Street in Georgetown that has been listed with a guide of $895,000.
Belle Property Lake Macquarie have a four-bedroom house with a pool at 3A Excalibur Parade, Valentine listed with a guide of $900,000. They have not yet set a guide for a four-bedroom home with a pool at 14 Wellings Street in Warners Bay but expectations are understood to be in the high $900,000 range.
Belle Property Newcastle have listed a one-bedroom home on 133 square metres of land at 26 Elizabeth Street in Carrington. There is no guide as yet but expectations are believed to be in the low $500,000 range.

A one-bedroom apartment at 8/75 King Street, Newcastle is being sold by Dalton Partners The Junction for $495,000.
PRD Newcastle and Lake Macquarie are guiding $475,000 for a one-bedroom apartment at 8/15 Corlette Street in Cooks Hill.
Belle Property Lake Macquarie have a top-floor, two-bedroom apartment at 24/57 Nesca Parade, The Hill on the market for $460,000.
