NSW recorded 111 cases of COVID-19 in the 24 hours to 8pm on Friday, July 16, prompting Premier Gladys Berejiklian to announce tougher lockdown measures for areas of Greater Sydney including the Central Coast, Blue Mountains, Woolongong and Shell Harbour.
