Newcastle Knights co-captain Jayden Brailey grew up playing footy in the front yard with his brothers and dad.
He and younger brother Blayke would go at it, hour after hour, day after day, during the league season. And if they weren't going after each other, they would team up and take on dad Glenn.
Typical footy mad kids you might say.
But seven years later, both brothers would be playing for the NRL and Jayden would be named co-captain of the Newcastle Knights.
Ahead of the team's clash with Sydney on Friday night, Brailey joins Barry Toohey from the Queensland COVID-19 bubble to talk about how the boys are preparing, life away from home, and how the former Sharks star came to don the red and blue.
