The Keinbah trainer claimed two of the three 400m maiden series heats with Able Master ($1.55) and Doing Time ($2.80), which both started from box one.
Howard had her first starter just three weeks earlier at the track when Able Master was second on debut to the impressive Mickey Doo.
On Monday, Doing Time raced to the lead before holding off favourite Balboa by 1.75 lengths in 22.45 seconds.
Able Master also started cleanly before quickly building a huge lead. It was never threatened, despite running wide, winning by 6.25 lengths in 22.68.
Casino Road, for trainer Pat Parrelli, won the other maiden series heat.
In race one, the Jason Mackay-trained Zipping Riley overcame a sluggish start to win his first time around Maitland and make it three from four to begin his career.
Zipping Riley ($1.15) railed quickly inside his rivals to lead easily into the straight before powering to the line in 25.3 for an almost six-length victory.
Meanwhile, the start to the Million Dollar Chase series has been delayed.
The series was to start on August 8 at Temora but will now begin on August 14 at Dubbo. Temora will now have heats on August 15 and final on August 22.
Regional series at Bathurst, Nowra, Lismore, Gosford and Wagga have also been pushed back. Series at The Gardens (August 21 and 28) and Maitland (August 30 and September 6) remain unchanged.
