But this time Allen, 22, will remain behind bars after she incredibly managed to be granted conditional bail the last two times she was arrested after going on the run.
The last time Allen was in Newcastle Local Court she was told to undergo an assessment to see if she was suitable for a residential program and return to court to be sentenced on June 30.
But she failed to undertake the assessment or appear in court and Magistrate Robert Stone issued another warrant for her arrest.
She was arrested this week and appeared in Cessnock Local Court on Tuesday where she was refused bail.
Allen has pleaded guilty to discharging a firearm into her ex-partner's rival's car in the driveway of a home at Cessnock Road at Neath on August 25, 2019.
Allen had allegedly been provided the weapon by her ex-partner, Hayden Waters, who had allegedly instructed her to "shoot up" the man's house over an ongoing feud between the pair.
Allen will be sentenced on August 9.
