The centre said on its Facebook page on Thursday evening that NSW Health had advised it that four COVID-19 sites had been identified at Charlestown Square.
"On Thursday 29 July 2021 between 3pm and 5pm the Apple Store, Priceline Pharmacy, Boost Juice and Get Polished were visited by an affected individual," it said.
"If you have visited any of these locations within this timeframe please follow advice from NSW Health.
"There are currently no other known exposure sites at Charlestown Square.
"We continue to monitor the situation and are following all relevant advice and guidance issued by NSW Health with regards to COVID-19."
