Elder had already qualified Flare Up for the 2YO fillies regional semi-final next Saturday night at Newcastle with victory in the Tamworth heat last month.
Mystical Jazz was third in that race but backed up with a 9.9m win in 1:56:4 on Friday night to also qualify.
Elder's son, Brad, was able to gain a trail behind fast starter Bettor A Girl before peeling out and quickly taking the lead into the home turn.
Mystical Jazz, owned by Darren's sister-in-law Sharlene, kicked clear for a second win in nine career starts.
"We've only got the two two-year-olds and they both got through, so it's good," Darren said. "We thought she would go like that on Friday. She ran good at Tamworth, better than her previous run, and she's just got better.
"Flare Up is probably the pick of the two, she's a nice little filly and she's won four from five. The time she got beat it was to Saint Crusader, which won the other night again and is a nice horse.
"We're confident they'll both hold their own, we just need the barrier draw and to get a nice trip."
Clayton Harmey-trained Saint Crusader won the 2YO colts and gelding heat to join stablemate Skyfall Benchmark in the semis.
At Menangle on Saturday night, Morisset's Jack Callaghan drove four winners - B K Swy (Jack Trainor), Far Out Bro (Michael Doltoff), The Croupier and Aldebaran Revani (Belinda McCarthy).
