Cameron Park is inching towards its first $1.5 million sale after a new record was set for the second time since August.
After two years elapsed between the fledgling suburb's first and second million-dollar sales (2018 and 2020), the next six have come in the space of 10 weeks.

Sunday's $1,255,000 sale of a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home at 79 Araminta Chase narrowly eclipsed the $1,242,500 paid for 21 Falster Ridge on August 28.
LJ Hooker Hamilton's Kay Laudadio said she expected the numbers would only keep on climbing.
"It's like everything at the moment - there's a record set on Monday but it's gone by Tuesday," Ms Laudadio said.
"It was beautifully presented - the outdoor entertainment area, everything just flowed.
"It's one of those homes that you walked in and it felt like home - it wasn't staged, it was their home."
The 707 square metre property sold to a local buyer on its first inspection day as five groups put in offers on or above the $1.1 million to $1.2 million guide.
