KENNETH Wayne Grant - the father of former NSW police minister Troy Grant - accused of causing a fatal hit-and-run at Bolwarra while double the limit and leading police on a pursuit will rely on the evidence of a neurologist, sleep expert and gerontologist in a bid to prove his driving was not a "willed act".
