Ms Berejiklian was sworn in before the Independent Commission Against Corruption [ICAC] on Friday morning, and has maintained that the didn't believe her relationship with disgraced Wagga MP Daryl Maguire was of "significant enough status to disclose".
Thursday's ICAC hearings saw Mr Maguire testify that he "loved" Ms Berejiklian and they had talked about getting married and having a child.
Under questioning by counsel assisting ICAC Scott Robertson on Friday morning, Ms Berejiklian denied Mr Maguire had more access to her than other MPs.
The ICAC has also heard that subsequent to Mr Maguire complaining to Ms Berejiklian, $170 million was granted to the electorate for the Wagga Base Hospital.
ICAC also played intercepted phone calls in which Ms Berejiklian told Mr Maguire she would "throw money at Wagga" during the 2018 byelection.
Ms Berejiklian has denied any wrongdoing, saying that she acted with integrity at all times.
