Newcastle Airport's has been reported as a casual contact COVID-19 exposure venue, Hunter New England Health has advised.

Anyone who visited the airport's check-in hall, security screening and departure lounge facilities on Monday, November 1, between 1.13pm and 2.01pm have been urged to get tested and to isolate until they receive a negative result.
Similarly, anyone who may have visited the arrivals hall and male bathrooms on Wednesday, November 3, between 1.08pm and 1.12pm has also been advised to seek a test and isolate until they receive a negative result.
The update follows further close contact exposure venues in the New England and North West regions of the health district as 77 new cases were reported on Sunday.
