Police from Strike Force Tuohy swooped on the Parry Street, Hamilton North address on Friday afternoon following Blockade Australia's recent anti-coal protests.
Banners and corflutes were among the items seized.
Apollo Devorsine said she was outraged by the raid.
"Protests that have been conducted not by the HCEC itself, nor by its members, but by other separate groups within the climate movement who equally want to see climate justice taking the forefront of federal, state and local politics," she said.
"The HCEC has been for myself a space where I've been able to flourish and grow as an individual and as a climate activist in the past several years of my involvement within the climate movement.

Strike Force Tuohy was formed to prevent illegal protests.
