Construction on the luxury residential project was completed early this year and its first residents moved in not long after.
Four apartments held back by the developers were set for auction on December 8, but one sold before auction last week for an undisclosed price.
Avery Property's Paul Avery is guiding $1.5 million for the most modest of the three apartments at 309/2 Wharf Street.
Waterfront apartments similar to 4/2 Wharf Street sold for more than $2 million upon release in 2018 and 401/2 Wharf Street could command a price in the same ballpark given its views out over the lake.
"I don't call them apartments, I call them residences because they're really generous sizes," Mr Avery said.
"I've certainly had interest from Sydney as well as people from country New South Wales as well as locals.
"There's been quite a healthy regional enquiry from different areas and that's typical of our market here - w'ere so appealing to Sydneysiders and people on the Central Coast."
All three apartments feature three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two car spaces.
