A main road in Stockton has reopened after being closed on Wednesday afternoon for a police operation in the area
Fullerton Street was closed earlier in the day, with diversions in place at Griffith and Meredith streets, while police conducted the operation.

People were advised to avoid the area.
However police have wrapped up their operation and the area has reopened as normal.
