A MAN who allegedly assaulted hotel staff in Pokolbin after he was refused entry will face court on Friday.

Police have been investigating the November 12 incident, with another man already charged in relation to it and due to face court in February.
Investigators said they have been told three men attempted to enter a pub but were refused entry.
"Officers allege that staff members were then threatened by members of the group, before they were kicked and punched by one of the men," police said in a statement.
A 32-year-old man was arrested on Thursday at a Mitchell Avenue address in Kurri Kurri.
He was taken to Cessnock police station and charged with affray, intimidate police officer in execution of duty, excluded person fail to leave premises, and excluded person remain in the vicinity of licensed premises.
He was refused bail to face Cessnock Local Court.
