FLOODING may strike at Whittingham and Scotts Flat on Friday, with the NSW State Emergency Service warning residents in low-lying areas to prepare.
The authority said residents may need to evacuate at Combo, Scotts Flat Road and Whittingham due to rising waters.

Electricity, phones, internet, water and sewerage could be interrupted by flash and riverine flooding, the SES warned, urging people to monitor the weather and road closures.
It urged residents to make informed decisions early based on their circumstances.
"Residents and visitors to these areas should take action now to prepare for possible flood impacts," the SES said in a statement shortly after 7am.
The SES will issue a flood evacuation order if required.
Minor flooding is occurring at Denman on the Hunter river after levels peaked on Thursday night.
Floodwater from the Upper Hunter has combined with Goulburn River and Wybong Creek inflows to deliver minor flooding at Singleton, where conditions are expected to hit moderate levels on Friday morning.
Maitland is likely to receive minor flooding on Friday night.
No further flooding is expected on the Williams River.
