Three games - one already this Saturday and two from last weekend's season opener - have been postponed while others remain in doubt.
The second-round fixture between Wyong and Central was officially canned on Wednesday morning with the Roos' ground Morry Breen Oval deemed unfit for play.
It comes after Wyong played at home on Saturday against fellow Central Coast club The Entrance, with Tigers coach Jamy Forbes describing the conditions as "atrocious" and saying "it's probably the wettest I've seen a game".
Kurri Kurri were slated to hold a meeting on Wednesday night to determine if the Bulldogs would still be able to host Macquarie this weekend or whether an alternate venue was available.
"We didn't have a trial and we didn't play first round so we're flying a bit blind, but the comradery is still good and everyone's on the same page," Kurri coach Aaron Watts said.
Kurri was one of four teams sidelined in round one, joined by Lakes, Macquarie and Souths.
No dates have yet been confirmed for catch-up games, but there are two breaks in this year's draw - May 14-15 (representative weekend) and July 23-24 (spare weekend).
Cessnock, Maitland and The Entrance are the other home sides this weekend. Lakes, Wests and Souths are the respective visitors.
Meanwhile, Maitland's Reid Alchin (high tackle) and Harley Ridge (dangerous contact) from The Entrance both escaped suspensions after taking early guilty pleas this week.
