The sale of a home in Church Street in 2016 was $3.5 million.
The home at 30 The Terrace is on the market for the first time since 1996, according to APM data.
It is within walking distance of the Bogey Hole, Anzac memorial bridge, Bar Beach and Newcastle beach and ocean baths.
