The final apartment in the second stage of Hamilton’s Atrium development was secured at auction for $840,000 this month.
Bernadette Connolly and her brother Daniel, of DJB Developments, bought the site of the former Hamilton RSL and Anzac House three years ago. They built 27 apartments within the footprint of the former RSL then four apartments and two townhouses on the site of historic Anzac House.
First National Newcastle City set a suburb apartment record with the $1.01 million sale at auction of a two-bedroom residence in Anzac House on May 5. Milton townhouse also sold at auction that day then four days later the other townhouse and two more apartments had been secured between $775,000 and $980,000.
The final apartment sale was on June 16.
