They then progressed to play Warnervale College in the Hunter/Central Coast final, winning 26-22.
The girls then headed to the SCG last week to compete in the state finals.
In game one they were played strongly to easily defeat Toongabbie 38-6.
Game two was much tougher and they narrowly went down 7-5 to Lindaay Park.
In game three they defeated Wilkins 15-0, which qualified them for a place in the semi-finals.
The girls lost the closely contested semi-final match 7-5.
It was a bitter end for the side, as they had plenty of opportunities in attack but could only manage to kick five behinds.
But for the girls to play on the SCG and finish in the top four in the State was a great achievement and experience to remember.
The girls were even lucky enough to meet Sydney Swans legend Paul Kelly on the day.
