A price guide has not yet been set for the near-new, tri-level residence, which enjoys an elevated position at 35 Rowan Lane.
It is headed for auction at a date yet to be determined and a price guide has not been set.

“This home is luxury at the very top end,” Ms Spillane said.
“There is nothing similar, which is why we haven’t set a guide. It is for someone who loves privacy but also loves entertaining.”
The house has a four-car garage, gymnasium, sauna and bar complete with wine cellar as well as its own private salon. Floor-to-ceiling glass has been used throughout and there is an outdoor entertaining area complete with a built-in barbecue and plunge pool.
It is open for inspection at 11.45am Saturday.
Quick in Kahibah
A renovated and extended home in Kahibah lasted just one week on the market before its record sale.
The four-bedroom residence at 46 Beath Crescent sold this week for $990,000, which was at the top of the marketing range and a new price high for the street. According to Australian Property Monitors data, it was the second-highest residential sale for the suburb after $1.1 million was paid for a home in Wallsend Street in 2015.
It was marketed by Creer Property and agent Mathew Wilkin said “it had that wow factor” and attracted interest from young families.
Owners Lauren and Trent Neat had bought the home in 2007 and made family the focus of its transformation.
“We wanted to create one big family zone – just one big happy area where everyone can be together,” Lauren said.
Open plan living flowed to an outdoor entertaining area complete with built-in wood fireplace and a separate rumpus. It also had a grassed area, cubby house and swimming pool.

A stunning home with views of the ocean and Redhead beach has taken the beachside suburb close to its first $2 million sale.

The four-bedroom home was built over three levels with the top floor devoted to a large master retreat with a walk-in robe, study, ensuite and ocean views.
The contemporary residence had multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces and a swimming pool.
The sale eclipsed the $1.6 million result for a home in Dodds Street, which raised the suburb ceiling in March, according to Australian Property Monitors data.
The Ebsworth sale came after $1.255 million was paid for a contemporary home in Eldson Street in August.
Big sale in Bolwarra
It was marketed as one of Bolwarra’s “marquee” properties and attracted international interest before selling to a local family for $1.165 million at auction on September 1.
Anderton Cottage at 20 Paterson Road was built in the late 1800s and modernised with a high end renovation.
It was marketed by James Rodrick, of Starr Partners. Its sale surpassed the $1.15 million paid last year for a home on Paterson Road, according to APM data.
Families flock to ‘hidden treasure’
A home that has been tightly held in Highfields has generated plenty of local interest since hitting the market this month.
Teresa Heighington, of Ray White Newcastle and Lake Macquarie, is marketing a five-bedroom house she described as “a hidden treasure” on a corner block opposite Glenrock State Reserve at 58 Highfields Parade.
“There were a lot of friends and family of people who live in that street at the first open and the feedback was it is a good, big family home,” she said.
The suburb had its first million-dollar result this year and is gaining in popularity due to its proximity to the city. It has an inspection at 11am Saturday and auction on September 22 with bidding expected in the $800,000 to $900,000 bracket.
New ceiling for Maryville street
The first million-dollar sale has been recorded in Maryville’s Northumberland Street after No.34 was purchased for $1.05 million.
Agent Donna Spillane, of Belle Property, said it was bought by a Melbourne buyer.
“They were really attracted to that inner city lifestyle – you’ve got the parks, cafes, cycleways,” she said.
The four-bedroom home with studio was on the market for “five to six weeks” and had also been sold by Ms Spillane in 2015.

It has been fully renovated and has lake views. It has multiple living areas, raked ceilings – some lined with western red cedar – a large alfresco area and several balconies.
“It is one of the better homes that’s coming on the market for old Valentine,” he said. “Whilst hilly, that’s advantageous because you can pick up all of the views.
“There have been a few sales over $1 million around there this year and, whilst this is at the top end, the best homes can justify those prices and this is certainly one of those.”
