Kristen Keskin, 39 was charged with one count of producing child abuse material earlier this year, about the same time that related charges were dropped against her husband.
But Ms Keskin's charge was also withdrawn at Downing Centre Local Court on Thursday.
In April, when her 41-year-old husband was charged with possessing child abuse material, his lawyer argued the images in question were typical family photos.
They were discovered on an old computer in Ms Keskin's name, Grant Brady SC argued in Central Local Court.
"This is not child pornography," Mr Brady said.
"These are shots ... that are usual in family albums and there is nothing to indicate that he is the person who took the photos and even knew the photos are there."
Police at the time alleged Keskin belonged to the Lone Wolf outlaw motorcycle gang.
Another lawyer for Keskin, Victoria-Jane Otavski, said on Thursday that Keskin was preparing to launch malicious prosecution proceedings and they would also be considering his wife's options.
Their position was that the "unmeritorious" charges should never have been brought against them, Ms Otavski told AAP.
