A tri-level, four-bedroom and five-bathroom residence with a resort-style pool and spa at 14 Bimbae Close sold for an undisclosed sum.
The home was set on around 1300 square metres of land in a quiet cul-de-sac and had ocean views and a bush backdrop.

The luxurious property was marketed by Belle Property Charlestown's Katie Kepner, who said the result exceeded expectations. All five registered bidders were local buyers.
"It just goes to show that in that high end there are still buyers looking to buy a spectacular home," Ms Kepner said. "That part of the market is sort of unaffected."
A house in Seacourt Avenue, Dudley, sold for $2.25 million fin 2017, according to Australian Property Monitors data.
A three-bedroom timber home on a bush block over 1800 square metres in size in another quiet Dudley cul-de-sac was secured by a local family at auction last Saturday as well.
The property at 18 Eden Close, which also featured a separate granny flat, was marketed by First National Newcastle City's with a guide of $950,000 to $1.04 million and sold under the hammer for $1.1 million.
On Saturday, First National Newcastle City will take a four-bedroom home on 1446 square metres of land at 65 Macquarie Street in Merewether with city an ocean views to auction on site at 10.30am.
A price guide has not been disclosed.
