Mr Walkom, of Walkom Real Estate, has listed the circa 1890s residence at 39 Perkins Street with a guide of $1.7 million. It is set for auction on June 22.
The home has been in the same ownership since 1993 and its renovation has been "a labour of love".

From the street, the terrace has plenty of appeal. But beyond the elegant facade, a spacious four-bedroom home over three levels is revealed. There are formal and informal lounge and dining spaces, a contemporary Caesarstone kitchen, timber floors, soaring ceilings and a sky-lit main bathroom.
A deep, north-facing yard off a paved entertaining area has harbour views and plenty of space.
"The home's wow factor is the backyard," Mr Walkom said. "For a terrace it is really huge. It is a bit of a surprise and it's a bit of a rarity.
"We think it will be quite popular. It's pretty rare for these terraces to come on the market, especially in this condition."
It is open for inspection today at 12pm.
